Tokiwa Matcha Bar — House notes

Dear friends, when you visit please:

  • Keep photos to 15 minutes and leave our decor where it is. When other guests are here, please skip flash and reflectors, and mute your camera.
  • We welcome guests aged 10 and over.
  • Please don't bring outside food or drinks.
  • Our space is small, so please keep conversations soft.
  • We may ask for compensation if anything in the shop is damaged.

Thank you for understanding and for helping make Tokiwa better for everyone!

Bar seats are yours for up to 1 hour 30 minutes per visit.

Other tables are yours for up to 2 hours. After that, we may move you to another seat if you would like to stay longer.

If you arrive more than 1 hour late without notice during your 2-hour reservation, we will have to cancel it automatically.
